The Latin American Civil Aviation Commission (CLAC), together with the General Directorate for Civil Affairs from Guatemala on August 18, 2025 in Guatemala, led the first women’s summit of aviation authorities. The day included panels for education and technical training as well as participation and leadership, workshops, working groups and presentations that focus on health, mediation and gender quality. Thanks to the introduction of the women’s network, the summit was consolidated as a milestone on the CLAC agenda.
