The board of directors of Lux-Airport has confirmed the previous interim boss Alexander Flassak as chief executive officer.
The former CFO and deputy CEO of Luxembourg Airport has headed the company since René Steinhaus left in May. Alexander Flassak started at the airport in 2014 as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Real Estate Development and previously worked for Ernst & Young in Frankfurt and Luxembourg for nine years.
“I am very pleased about my appointment as CEO and the trust that our board of directors has placed in me. Together with our staff and management colleagues, we will continue to be fully committed to the continuous improvement and development of the airport, taking into account all the key elements,” Flassak told L’essentiel.
