The airline Helvetic Airways has its extended management effective January 16, 2023. Since then, the company has been managed by a CEO, a COO Flight Operations and the new COO Part 145 (Maintenance).
Nicolas Bachmann was newly appointed COO Flight Operations. The previous COO Simon Schatzmann takes over a staff position in the area of business development. Tobias Pogorevc will continue to hold the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Nicolas Bachmann, who is now examining as COO Flight Operations, has been with Helvetic Airways for 16 years. Among other things, he has served as Commander or through his various functions such as most recently as Nominee Person Training and Deputy ACM Flight Operations. The previous incumbent, Simon Schatzmann, is now active in the area of business development.
The third member of the Executive Board is René Mamet, COO Part 145. After more than 20 years in aircraft maintenance at various companies in Germany and abroad, René Mamet joined Helvetic Airways in mid-2020 and took over the overall management of maintenance.
