Tap Air Portugal was recognized as the best airline from Europe to South America and Africa at the World Travel Awards.
This year’s award joins a long series of awards for TAP Air Portugal. The Portuguese airline was the Best European Airline in Africa at the World Travel Awards 2011, 2012, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 and the Best Airline in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 to South America.
TAP Air Portugal flies fewer than 90 destinations with fewer than 1,250 flights per week. There are currently 80 flights per week to Brazil. In 2024, frequencies will increase to a total of 91 flights per week to 11 Brazilian destinations. With an average of 13 flights per day, TAP Air Portugal confirms its position as the most important international airline between Brazil and Europe. In addition, TAP Air Portugal also offers connections to Venezuela in South America.
